What to Bring:
- Food & beverages (wine, water, softdrinks etc)·
- Plates, crockery, napkins, glasses
- Corkscrew
- Coffee cups, tea, thermos
- A torch
- A warm coat or blanket to snuggle under, in case the weather turns chilly
- Picnic style food is ideal – when planning your menu, consider portability, ease of serving and “no fuss” cleaning up. Table hosts are welcome to set up earlier in the afternoon, to avoid the rush as the sun goes down.
- Guests may choose to self cater or make their own takeaway arrangements direct with a local restaurant. A popular option for many years is to order from Mario Sarti Restaurant in Toowong. Getting there:
Goldicott is the gracious home at the top of the cul-de-sac of Grove Crescent, Toowong. Guests are advised to arrive during the daylight, to make setting up easier and to take advantage of the views at twilight. There is no off-street parking available - guests are encouraged to car-pool.
